Home sales were up by 28% compared to June. Low interest rate and limited overall supply are also increasing competition across our market".

Safety is still the top priority for our REALTOR® community, BC's Restart phased approach to reopening our province's economy to gradually resume when the time is right. Median Prices

ESTIMATED MEDIAN PRICE OF A BENCHMARK PROPERTY

The MLS® HPI is a more stable price indicator than average prices, because it tracks changes of "middle-of-the-range" or "typical" homes and excludes the extreme high-end and low-end properties.

Typical homes are defined by the various quantitative property attributes (e.g. above ground living area in square feet) and qualitative housing features (e.g. proximity to shopping, schools, transportation, hospitals etc.) toward the home price of properties sold in Greater Vancouver communities.

In July, there have been a quite a bit of movement in the real estate market. Sales in each category: detached, townhouse and apartment have increased and the benchmark price has also increased. Contact me if you want to know how much your home is worth!
